Buy Fresh Buy Local connects consumers to Hampton Roads' freshest and most delicious locally grown and produced food. Through outreach materials, advertisements and point of purchase materials, we make it easy for consumers to find and buy fresh, local food.
This year your kids can participate in the 2013 Local Food Treasure Map which takes them on a tour of 9 local farms. At each farm they will get a taste of something fresh and local as well as a stamp on their map. Once they've collected 4 or more stamps, they can redeem their map for a free kids ice cream cone at the Virginia Beach Farmers Market. Download it today!
